HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are happy to offer a refund or refund on any purchased product, provided it is returned in perfect condition (unworn and unused), along with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we can not offer free returns online; The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in the return of the item, so we recommend that you use a postal service to ensure the value of the package.
How to proceed:
1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY BILL
Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document if you want to make a change of size or return and the corresponding articles.
If you do not find it, access My Orders in the section My account, select your order and print the 'Return Form'. If you are not already registered, go to the Orders section and enter your email and the number of your order.
2. PICK UP THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE PACKAGE
In the delivery note you will find a label with the return address that you will have to paste in your package.
If you do not find it contact us at the address email@example.com and we will inform you the exact address where you must send the package.
3. MAKE THE SHIPPING
To do this, go to the Post Office and send your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.
Please note that in the case of returns by post, HEDGEHOG Clothing will not accept shipments that are due or refundable and that neither shipping nor returning costs will be paid.
Within 3 to 12 working days from the time we receive your package in our warehouse your size change or return will be processed.
