If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our sales staff, you can return the product within the time frame set forth in our Terms and Conditions. The first step is to complete the refund form.
This form must be completed in its entirety, and we will respond by email within 3 business days, with the instructions to formalize the return.
The products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. Requests for products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be attended
